こうさん【恒産】

〔一定の財産〕 (established) property; 〔定まった生業〕 (a) fixed occupation.

●恒産ある人 a man [woman] of property; a person with a fixed occupation [an established livelihood].

●恒産なき者は恒心なし. A steady livelihood is a precondition for peace of mind. | You can't expect people without a secure livelihood to have peace of mind.
